If you click on a Pre-Save link, to execute the action proposed on the link, such as pre-saving an upcoming artist song or adding it to your playlist in your account on the music or video platform of your choice.

- Contact info : email, name and first name.
- Google ID to direct the Pre-Save Link to your Google account.
- Profile picture.
- Language.
If you use the Pre-Save Link to redirect to your Google Account, Google user data are transferred to our internal systems Marketing Suite and Backsatge promotion —including our secure databases and the third-party platform Datadog platform — for the exclusive purpose of pre-save processing and fan automation at release.

Our Marketing teams and those of our local affiliate handling the artist’s marketing campaigns.
Data can be collected and hosted via one of our service providers’ website.
Google user data are disclosed to only authorized internal personnel responsible for managing (ie Digital Manager) and maintaining the pre-save and fan automation processes, with no external disclosure.
Compliance with Google Limited Use Policy:
Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements which can be found here.
Data protection mechanisms for sensitive data are implemented in compliance with applicable data protection laws, incorporating data minimization (retaining solely the necessary Google user ID), encryption, restricted access, and regular security audits.
Data retention period:
When you presave a song on your Google account, your Google ID will be saved until the song is released and added to your account.
The rule regarding the retention or deletion of Google user data is to retain only the Google user ID for pre-save and fan automation purposes, storing such data in our internal systems and on Datadog for a maximum period of one year, after which it will be securely deleted.
Your rights :
You can access, rectify or delete your personal data. You can also ask Us to send you a copy of all personal data that concerns you at our disposal. You also have the right to data portability and the right to restriction of processing.
